Reconciliation can pose a big challenge in the complex world of iGaming payments. Because of the high volume of transactions between multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs), doing the reconciliation manually is both time-consuming and labour-intensive. Manual reconciliation also involves a higher risk of issues being missed, with large financial losses as a potential effect.

To solve all these issues we have developed AccountIQ, a highly flexible, reliable and scalable application that automates the reconciliation process.

How it works

AccountIQ’s daily automated reconciliation, between your back-office and the accounts of the Payment Service Providers, helps you reduce costs and improves your control. AccountIQ also gathers the necessary transaction information from the PSPs and the player accounts (platform) and stores it in a web application.

From there, your finance or payments department can access it in order to track and analyze transactions. They can also view monthly or daily overviews, which have a drill-down interface to give a more simplified and transparent user experience.

In addition, Account IQ provides you with a daily identification of any processing reconciliation issues, as well as daily exceptions lists that can be used for pre-emptive investigation of user transaction issues.
