JULY 11, 2019
This fall, as part of our ongoing IT infrastructure upgrade, we will make an update to our terminals’ host IP addresses. This update will allow us to offer an even higher level of reliability and redundancy than before, as well as the ability to provide new services. The roll-out of the new host IP addresses will begin on October 1, 2019.
What you need to do
You don’t have to make any changes to the terminal itself, as it will be updated automatically when new parameters are downloaded. You must, however, ensure that your Internet Service Provider and network firewall allows connections to the new host IP addresses.
Allow outgoing TCP connections to any port on this IP range:
18.104.22.168/22 (22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199)
Please contact your IT Partner or Network administrator today and give them this information so they take the appropriate actions before October 1, 2019.
Important: You will not be able to perform any transactions on your terminal if the new host IP addresses are blocked.
