Bambora's measures for COVID-19

The rapidly developing COVID-19 outbreak is an unprecedented situation for all our companies. In line with government and WHO guidelines Bambora is taking all necessary steps to ensure employee safety.

While the safety of our staff is our number one priority it is also critical that we continue to deliver our service to you. I would like to give you reassurance on the measures that we are taking to ensure the continuity of our service.

  • Since the beginning of March we have banned all non-necessary travel and introduced social distancing measures on all our sites, including strict quarantine policies and monitoring of any flu-like symptoms.
  • We have expanded our existing working from home policy to all employees and most of our staff are now working from home. We have provided them with the remote accesses and the tools they need to ensure that transaction processing is not affected.
  • Our customer care teams have organized to ensure continuity of our support services. As usual our Customer Care department is open for you on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00 CET and on Saturdays between 10:00 to 14:00. You can call us at +46 (0)10 10 66 000.   • We are monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our safety and operational measures as required to ensure that we continue to serve you in the best possible way.
