Bambora launches support chat

Excellent customer service is an extremely important part of Bambora’s offer and business idea. We are now taking the next step and develop our customer service further by launching a live support chat in all Nordic markets. The chat can be used by our customers to get quick answers to all their questions related to our products.

During a long period of time Bambora has had a very high focus on phone and email as support channels, but with the new live chat we at Bambora have added an additional way for customers to contact us in an easy and fast way. The chat is one of many new functions to be launched during the fall.

Launching the chat is part of a larger initiative where we also are improving the FAQ on our webpage for customers that are more keen to find the answers to their questions on their own. In addition, we have several improvements in our merchant portal Bambora Reports to be launched during the fall. The function is simple and easy to use. When a customer visits our webpage and clicks on one of our customer service sites, the chat will automatically show up in the lower right corner of the webpage. In addition, the chat is also available for all our merchants directly in Bambora Reports. The chat will be open 08.00-20.00 on weekdays and 10.00-14.00 on Saturdays. As usual, our customer service team always works on replying as soon as possible and an answer can normally be expected within 90 seconds.

In short, it should be easy and effortless for all our customers to get in touch with our support and get the help they need. With our new chat function, we are taking the next step in developing our customer journey by making it even easier for our customers to get in touch with us.
