Typically you will receive your payment in 3-5 business days after the purchase. Faster pay-out is available but depends on your risk level.


What countries do you support?

Worldline North America office can support businesses physically located in the United States and Canada. Worldline as a whole also supports businesses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Australia, and New Zealand.


What is your chargeback fee?

There is a $25.00 fee for chargebacks. If a merchant disputes the chargeback and can provide proof of purchase, the fee is returned.
