  • How do I get started?

    Easily! Create a trial account, see how it looks on your site and then run a test payment. If it all looks good, we'll activate your account and you're good to go

  • Do I need Bambora Advance even though I have a merchant account?

    Bambora Advance comes as two, different options depending on how your business website operates: payment gateway or payment facilitator.

    Although you may already have a merchant account, you still need a payment gateway to handle your customers' sensitive card details. 

  • When will I receive payment into my merchant account?

    It depends on the agreement you have with your merchant, but payment is usually processed in 2-3 days

  • How long can I use a trial account for?

    Our trial account is absolutely free, and you can take as long as you like to review the functionality, but you won't be accept real payments until you activate it into a live account.

  • What cards can I accept with Bambora Advance?

    Bambora Advance accepts Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal, AMEX, AMEX Express Checkout, Visa Checkout, MasterPass, Diners and Apple Pay. 

  • How much does it cost?

    You pay a fixed monthly fee of SEK 245, as well as a fee of 1.5 per cent of each transaction. A Merchant Agreement is included.
