20 Jul 2017 Payment company Bambora is sold to Ingenico Group for 1.5 billion euros

The Swedish payment company Bambora is sold to Ingenico Group, a global leader in payment solutions, listed on the French stock exchange. Together with Ingenico, Bambora will be able to offer customers of all sizes true end-to end solutions that simplify payments and help businesses grow on a global market, whether in store, online or mobile. Ingenico Group acquires Bambora to 100 percent for approximately 1.5 billion euros. The sellers is Nordic Capital Fund VIII.
