    What does my invoice cover?

    What your invoice covers depends on the Bambora product you have.

    If you have both terminal and card payment processing with us, such as Bambora ONE, your invoice includes a terminal license and any additional services. Fees for card payment processing are reported separately.

    If you have our terminals, your invoice contains a terminal license and any additional services. A terminal license is specific to your product and essential for your terminal to work.

    If you have card payment processing with Bambora, you will not receive an invoice. Instead, you will get a notification/report of the transaction costs and service fees that we will deduct from your payments or from your bank account.

  • Credit note

    I have received a credit note. How does it work?

    A credit note is matched against the original invoice. If you received a credit note, for example, on a terminal invoice, you deduct that amount when you pay the original invoice. Use the OCR number of the original invoice.

  • Incorrect invoice

    My invoice is incorrect. What do I do?

    If something appears incorrect, contact our support via e-mail:, or call us on 010-10 66 000 and we will check the information.

  • Reminder/debt collection

    I have received a reminder/debt collection. What happens now?

    If you have received a reminder, you should pay the invoice as soon as possible along with a reminder fee to avoid the invoice being sent for debt collection.

  • Change of address

    I have changed the billing address. How do I inform Bambora?
