Our Story

On a crazy hot day in July after a grueling trip sabotaged by mishaps and misadventures, we set out to build the ultimate Q&A community for travelers.

As travelers ourselves, we know how important it is to get the basic 411 about a destination, the journey and the must-do/see list. Be honest, nobody likes to be surprised with unpleasantries, especially on vacation, or half-way through that 18 hour flight, backpacking through a foreign land, or at that week long trade show.

What started as the ultimate Q&A site morphed into the first socially-friendly, open source, power network where members can ask anything and receive answers from the community based on relevant personal experience.

Planning a trip? Members ask each other to help plan, visualize, live vicariously, and share info about travel destinations, itineraries, food, and people.

Been there done that? Members share experience and knowledge by giving back to the community. These pearls of wisdom may make or break anothers upcoming travel experience or spare ones sanity.
